A fun view with my friends at Xyron. I have to say – filming this day was so much FUN!!! Enjoy.

So this past weekend I started following another favorite young actor – Lucas Black on twitter (@TheLucasBlack). And you know what, this kid actually answered me. Needless to say I was as giddy as a 12 year old at a Justin Beiber concert. So be sure to check him out if you don’t know who he is.

Inspired by Ali Edwards.

Summer Manifesto pt.1 - inspired by Ali Edwards

Most of these are pretty self explanatory. (yes I love archery and no not just because Hawkeye is an archer.) I want to have a big karaoke party – in fact, I could just say I just want to have more parties! I think we need to take time to get together with the people we love and cherish much more than we do. And summer is the perfect excuse to celebrate. {And yes – I plan to see the Bourne Legacy starring Jeremy Renner more times than I wish to say.}

What’s on your summer bucket list?

Neo Ned is a surprisingly good movie. The cinematography is simple – No effects, no stunts, no cgi. Just an entertaining journey in the life and relationship between Ned and Rachel.

Ned, a neo nazi skinhead in a mental institution for the murder of a black man, develops a relationship with a black woman in the same institution who believes the spirit of Hitler is trapped inside her. Their relationship is misguided and misplaced, but touching at the same time. This movie makes you stop and think about appearances and humanity in a very different way.

Jeremy Renner delivers an all too convincing Ned. He conveys the good trapped inside what most people would consider a monster. And Gabrielle Union delivers a flawless performance. She brings depth and emotion to the screen.

A great movie available for streaming online through NetFlix. Not a show for kids due to language and sexual situations, and violence.

You have GOT to hear the new installment of the paperclipping roundtable. It is seriously hysterical – not to mention a little embarrassing. And be sure to listen to the ending, you won’t soon forget it.

PRT114 – My Experience of Your Experience

We’re all over the place this week, but we definitely spend quite a bit of time talking about Jeremy Renner. Come listen!

As always I really had a blast with the whole Paperclipping gang. And Tami is really such a cool gal – its always fun being on! And yes a diorama post is on the way. (listen and you’ll get it)

So those of you that are wondering.. when I say EVERYTHING… I meant it. There are only a couple exceptions because I am waiting for DVDs to arrive. Here’s the list…

  • The Avengers
  • Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
  • The Hurt Locker
  • The Town
  • Thor (cameo as Hawkeye)
  • North Country
  • SWAT
  • 28 Weeks Later (so hot in this one)
  • Take
  • The Unusuals (all 10 episodes)
  • House MD (“GAMES” episode season2)
  • CSI (one episode season 2)
  • The Assassination of Jesse James…
  • Angel (one episode)
  • Dahmer (so creepy wish I didn’t see it.)
  • The Heart is Deceitful above all things (too disturbing will never watch again. JR plays a child molester)
  • North Country
  • Neo Ned
  • Ingenious
  • Fish in a Barrel (terrible movie overall not worth the $1.99 I paid to watch it)
  • Love comes to the Executioner (he SINGS in it)
  • A little Trip to Heaven
  • Natl. Lampoons Senior Trip
  • Twelve and Holding
  • Lords of Dogtown
  • a Coors Light Commercial
  • Countless online videos of him singing, interviewing, etc.
