I am quite proud of my simple $5 Valentine’s Day Dress. It started out as an after Christmas find at Walmart. (one of those compulsive buys… went to get TP and got sucked into the sale racks) And customizing it was fun and simple!
To take it from Christmas to Valentines was simple.

Valentines is NOT one of favorite holidays. Probably because, I have not had a Valentine for almost a decade. No matter… my little divas are always fun to shop and decorate for. And as a velentines treat to my readers, leave a comment on any of the posts this weekend and on Monday a lucky winner will get a fun CHA prize package including – Papers from Echo Park, Making Memories Bravissimo, and more!
Hanging in our entrance hall are these big hearts. Each heart is a little umder 12″ and decorated in its own special way. Keep reading for a close up and instructions for each one. I am thinking about cutting some vinyl saying to go right above it…we’ll see.

Here is another Instant Craftication Valentines Day project!

I wanted to put together a banner really quickly and would be economical – especially since Valentines day is right around the corner. To create this. ..
- I took the pre-printed and cut valentine cards. (Ka-Zoo by K&Company) and added ruffled crepe paper streamer to the back of each card.
- I adhered a pre-glittered chipboard letter to the front of each card.
- Hung a ribbon on the wall and clipped each card to the ribbon using a small binder clip.
This project took about 45 minutes to complete… including the time that it took me to dig around for the letters in my stash.

Instant Craftification!
A trip to the dollar spot and just a few moments crafty time and you have some personalized V-day decor. Here I just cut out some word art using my Silhouette. (if you don’t own one… print a ding bat or word art to the back of your paper and hand cut!) I stuck the art to a pre-made picture frame and a tin mailbox! Add a few inexpensive sticky rhinestones. Now that’s Instant Craftification!
