WHO IS COCONUTGODDESS?

AKA: Ana Cabrera I am the Director of Online and Social Media  for Northridge Media – publishers of Scrapbook Trends, CARDS, Simply Handmade, Bead Trends and more!

Before landing this totally sweet gig, I have been fortunate to work in a creative industry that I love. It started when Leslie Ayers took a chance and hired me as an Associate Editor and Disc Producer for Scrapbook Answers. (a Future US publication) After my run at SA, I went on to freelance for the Scrapbooking and Paper Crafting industry. Had my 7 min. of fame on HSN and QVC, travelled the US teaching at wonderful events, and spent a couple years at CK Media. And now I have landed what feels like my dream job! I LOVE the company I work for, the people I work WITH, and most of all, getting to share all the creative passion that the crafting community holds.

My best job, being mom to my three girls. They keep life exciting and fresh. Everyday is a new adventure!

I am a self proclaimed crafty girl with a love for everything from paper to pixels. I can often be somewhere online while I am waiting for the paint to dry on my latest experimentation.

A tried and true Californian living in Happy Valley Utah.

I love designer jewelry and clip grocery coupons.

I am single, happy, and healthy.

I feel very fortunate to have met so many wonderful women in this industry. I have made some dear friends, and hope that you will be one too!

I come from a crazy super close knit just left of traditional filipino family. I am proud of my heritage, and my family. We are thick as thieves.  We love loud. We eat family dinner together. We pray together, and sometimes, we drive each other mad.. but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

So… that’s me.
